Deputy District Commissioner
After 3 years in the role of Deputy District Commissioner, Sean Mulligan will be stepping down from the role. Sean has given the role lots of energy and dedication and will be a huge miss. Sean will continue to be part of Tynemouth Scouts and will be continuing in his county role. After nearly 4 years in the role of District Badge Secretary, Lol Olsen has indicated his wish to step down from the role.
