Lightwater Valley 2019

Tynemouth Scouts have organised a District wide trip to Lightwater Valley. This is open to all our young and adult members. 

We will be going on Saturday 12th October 2019 and will cost £30 including transport and entry into the theme park!

The initial deadline for all forms and money to be returned to the group is Friday 12th July. 

We ask if all groups can make a pack of all returned health forms for us to collect and that money for each participant is transferred to the District Bank Account in one go so we can trace and source all incoming money. 

For example if you have 8 youth members and 2 adult members – £300 will be transferred to the District Bank Account.

 Groups should collect reply slips and money from their members (including leaders) and request that initial numbers are confirmed by 12th July 2019 (to the group) and to us by 19th July along with a BACS Payment to District. We will then arrange to collect the reply slips for your group. These dates will enable us to secure the booking and transportation.
